Terms & Conditions
Article 1: Reception
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests whose attire is indecent or neglected, guests displaying noisy, incorrect or intoxicated behaviour, and guests whose conduct is contrary to public order and good morals.
Any person wishing to stay at the hotel must provide proof of identity for themselves and for any accompanying persons.
Article 2: Opening hours
The hotel reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm during high season and from 8 am to 8 pm during low season.
Article 3: Room occupation & cancellation
Guests may not allow third parties unknown to the hotel into the room without prior authorisation. Likewise, guests may not occupy a room with more persons than permitted by the applicable regulations (maximum 2 persons per double room). No extra beds are available and there are no triple rooms.
Children under the age of 13 may not stay in a room unaccompanied by an adult.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours before arrival for stays of 3 days or fewer, and up to 8 days before arrival for stays exceeding 3 days. In the event of a no-show and in the absence of a cancellation, no-show charges amount to 100 % of the stay (up to a maximum of 5 nights). In such cases the hotel will charge the credit card provided as guarantee. Requests confirmed by the bank details provided by the guest for gift vouchers, promotions or special firm bookings made by telephone are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Article 4: Room access
On arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel, guests may not occupy the room before 4 pm. The nightly rental ends at 11 am regardless of the guest's arrival time. A luggage storage service is available: guests may leave their luggage at the reception desk in exchange for a receipt, which will be required for collection.
COVID-19 notice: To protect your health, check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am at the latest, so as to guarantee a thorough disinfection and housekeeping service during this difficult period. Our rooms are aired for a minimum of 2 hours after each guest's departure before cleaning and preparation.
In the event of late arrival, you must contact reception during its opening hours to arrange a check-in procedure, and the room rate must be paid in advance to access the room.
Article 5: Key management
The room key is a standard key that the guest may keep on their person but may not entrust to a third party. Guests are advised to inform staff when housekeeping may be carried out; otherwise it may not take place.
The key must be returned on the day of departure.
In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €60 and debit the guest's credit card.
Article 6: Noise & respect for other guests
Disturbance, even during the day, is prohibited. Any guest causing disorder or scandal in any form will be asked to leave the hotel immediately without reimbursement. In the interest of the establishment's tranquillity, all noise must cease between 10 pm and 7 am. Out of respect for other guests, please refrain from slamming doors or making excessive noise, particularly between 10 pm and 8 am. Any neighbourhood noise attributable to a person under the guest's responsibility may lead the hotel to ask the guest to leave without the need for acoustic measurements, provided that the noise is of a nature likely to disturb other guests (articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the French Public Health Code). Any disturbance requiring reimbursement of affected guests will be charged to the credit card of the offending party. A hotel room is a place of rest; all commercial activity therein is strictly prohibited. Vehicles may not be driven or parked within the hotel grounds; a car park is available for guests.
Article 7: Responsibilities
Children remain under the full responsibility of the guest.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Any damage or disturbance caused, whether intentionally or unintentionally, must be settled by the person who booked the room. The same applies to damage caused by a concealed animal.
Article 8: Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 on the application of the smoking ban in premises used for collective purposes, smoking inside the hotel may result in an additional charge of €90 or legal proceedings.
Any false triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will be charged at €150 for the cost of resetting the fire safety system.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room will prevent us from re-letting it on the day of your departure; you will then be charged the equivalent of one additional night and, where applicable, the cost of relocating future guests to another establishment should our hotel be fully booked and unable to accommodate them under satisfactory conditions.
Article 9: Room & premises maintenance
Guests are expected to make proper use of the equipment provided in the rooms. An additional cleaning charge of €60 per hour may be invoiced after your departure if excessive soiling is found. Any lost or damaged item must be reported to reception during the stay or on the day of departure and may be invoiced. Floor coverings that have suffered irreversible abusive use will be replaced at the guest's expense.
Any damage or missing item found after your departure will result in an additional charge to your account.
Involuntary damage may be settled between insurance companies.
Article 10: Restaurant booking
Any restaurant reservation made up to 3 days before the date is firm and binding; guests who fail to show up or cancel their table within this period will be charged the base menu price per person as stated at the time of booking.
For groups and receptions, the number of participants announced by the organisers becomes firm and binding 15 days before the event; beyond that deadline, all planned covers must be paid for in full.
Menus and the à la carte offering may change without notice depending on kitchen supplies and the establishment's occupancy.
Smart dress code is required to access the restaurant service.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, on the terrace, or anywhere on the establishment's grounds.
